Annex C – Privacy Policy

PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

We hereby inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, we provide you with the following information:

1. Purposes and methods of data processing

Your personal data have been provided to us and will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the fullfilment of the obligations inherent in relations with our Company, in particular:

- for the insertion of personal data in the company's computer databases;

- for bookkeeping;

- for the management of collections and payments;

- to fulfil the obligations provided for by civil and tax law, regulations, EU legislation.

The processing of personal data will be carried out on paper and computer by the data controller, the manager(s) and the persons in charge with the observance of all precautionary measures, which guarantee their security and confidentiality.

2. Nature of data collection and consequences of failure to provide it

The provision of your personal data is mandatory in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract and, in general, the fulfillment of legal obligations.

Failure to provide them may make it impossible for us to fulfill our contractual obligations.

3. Communication and dissemination of data

Your personal data, for the purposes of executing the contract and for the purposes indicated above, may be

communicated:

- to all natural and legal persons (legal, administrative, tax consultancy firms, auditing firms, couriers and freight forwarders, data processing centres, etc.) in cases where communication is necessary for the purposes illustrated

above;

- to banking institutions for the management of collections and payments;

- to factoring or debt collection companies;

- to our collaborators and employees specifically appointed and within the scope of their duties;

4. Rights of the data subject

At any time you may exercise your rights towards the data controller pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, which we reproduce for your convenience.

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain information:

a) the origin of the personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of processing;

c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;

d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processors and the representative designated pursuant

to Article 5, paragraph 2;

e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data

processors or persons in charge.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected

or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the

case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose

of the collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The rights referred to in Article 7 shall be exercised by means of an informal request addressed to the data controller or processor, also through a person in charge, to which appropriate response shall be provided without delay.

The request addressed to the data controller or the data processor may also be sent by registered letter, fax or e-mail.
